Our client is a local listed property developer and is looking for qualified candidates for the following role :

Chief Auditor

Responsibilities:

-          Be responsible for the internal audit function of organization

-          Able to give advice and assurance to management team on key strategic decisions

-          Manage the regular review of audit standards, and make necessary changes on audit policies, procedures, and programs based on internal and external regulatory requirements

-          Provide value added solutions to issues identified

-          Preparation of audit plans and reports, and be sure that all the necessary audit findings are properly addressed with appropriate audit actions

-          Responsible for the audit reports and make recommendations to improve internal controls

-          Perform ad hoc assignments and handle special projects

Requirements:

-          Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related discipline with professional qualifications in HKICPA, CIA or CISA

-          At least with 12 years' internal audit experience, Big 4 audit or listed company background is preferred

-          In-depth knowledge of accounting, audit and regulatory requirements in a sizeable organization

-          Good analytical, communication and report writing skills

-          Self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure

-          Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
