The incumbent will directly report to the General Manager of airline catering and also functionally report to the Director of Pricing and Sales Planning. He/She is responsible to plan, manage and develop the pricing strategy, menu development and specification to achieve the company business objective and optimize the financial results.

Responsibilities: 

• Ensure alignment with Global and Regional sales strategies within the region and also within our Global Customers.
• Ensure consistent application of pricing strategies.
• Develop pricing proposals and recommendations using accepted processes and protocols. These include tender proposals and customer profit and loss analysis.
• Undertake reporting duties such as pricing and sales information reports.
• Conduct market studies and competitor analysis.
• Able to build and develop relationships with both internal & external customers.
• Lead a team of staff in Pricing Department in effective and profession manner. 

Requirements: 

• A Degree holder preferably in Finance, Economics, Statistics or Business related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with 2 years at managerial level, solid experience in F & B industry is an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of catering related industry is preferred.
• Initiative and conceptual thinking capability with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and prioritization skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must.
• Candidate will less experience will be considered as Assistant Pricing Manager
