Job Duties:

• Perform data preparation and conversion work for daily operation and future development of a new storage allocation management system;
• Assist in planning and implementing change management activities arising from the re-engineering of business processes and development of a new storage allocation management system and other related matters;
• Liaise with contractor(s) and relevant department(s) about the requirement and progress of the new system project;
• Compile statistics; and
• Any other duties assigned by seniors

Employment Terms:

• 7 months' contract with possibility of renewal
• 5 days work, Mondays to Fridays, off on all Sats, Suns, and PH
• Working location at Tuen Mun
• Monthly salary : HK$13,500

Candidates' Requirement

• A bachelor's degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent
• Grade C or above in English and Chinese in the HKCEE; or Level 2 in Chinese and English in the HKSAR Common Recruitment Exam
• With AT LEAST TWO years' post-qualification working experience.  Candidates with government or quasi-government administration experience will be highly preferable
• Preferences will be given to candidates who could report duty immediately or with short notice.
