Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To support East Asia HR projects e.g Marketing Excellence, Solution Community Development. etc
- To support the data analytics, reporting, assessments, dashboards and all project related works
- To coordinate meetings and work with project teams across countries in East Asia
- To support other HR East Asia initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor / Masters Degree in Human Resources or related, MBA will also be considered
- Self-motivated, detail oriented and strong organization skill
- Decent verbal and written communication skill
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Power Point
- The ability to work independently and with others
- Dependability, flexibility, and ability to maintain confidentiality
- The ability to work well and to deliver a good output under pressure and with tight deadlines
- Positive Attitude with a strong learning agility
- Fluency in spoken & written English
- Full time availability is highly preferred
