Job Description:

• Act as Personal Assistant to expatriate CEO in providing high quality administrative and secretarial support & all around services
• Responsible for checking different emails
• Assist & support the company in areas including Office Administration; Office Expenses accounting & reports; Air Ticket booking and Hotel Arrangement etc…
• Arrange and attend meetings (both local & overseas meetings) and minutes takings, generating meeting reports
• Document translation & bilingual interpretation may required
• Maintaining office duty, an up-to-date filing system

Requirements:

• University graduate or higher diploma in secretarial / business field etc equivalent  
• Min 3 years office experience
• Proactive, well organized, motivated, result-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to manage a multitude of tasks within a short time frame
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese. Ability in Putonghua will be advantageous
• Proficient in PC skills, MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Willing to work in ShenZhen and needs to stay overnight as requested.
