Responsibilities:

• Handle internal & external documents delivery
• Coordinate on the maintenance and repair of office equipments
• Manage and set-up meeting rooms
• Handle routine housekeeping of facilities
• Assist in carpet cleaning/pest control on weekend
• Assist in office renovation projects
• Provide other administration support to the team

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduate and above
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience, with MNC experience is preferable
• Good spoken and written in Cantonese and English
• Good knowledge of computer skills
• Team player with pleasant personality and good communication skills
