Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To perform full spectrum of Human Resources operational functions
- To provide Human Resources support and services to expatriates and senior management based in Hong Kongand overseas offices
- To highlight internal and external Human Resources trends by preparing the HR Monthly Report, Monthly Staff Costs Provisioning, Salary Relativity Analysis (Internal), External Compensation & Benefits Survey and Manpower Analysis for Management to find solutions and/or make strategies proactively to overcome foreseeable issues
- To support the development and execution of HR Policies & Procedures
- To provide support and guidance to overseas office for HR operational issues
- To drive special HR projects to maximize HR operational performance, customer satisfaction and productivity
- To ensure high productivity and capabilities by maintaining an efficient workflow and developing own competencies & skills in relevant aspects continuously, in order to enhance service quality and personal development
- To coordinate across the network on regular and ad hoc HR projects, provide solutions on operational issues independently
Requirements:
- Degree holder in HRM or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years experience in full spectrum of human resources functions in MNCs with strong exposure in regional office
- Well-versed withHong Kongand PRC labour laws, regulations and other related legislations
- Hands on experience in compensation & benefits administration, expatriates management is a MUST
- Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Excellent and effective communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Self-initiated, organized, meticulous and with strong numerical sense
- Mature, able to work under pressure & independently
- Good problem solving skills
- Energetic, flexible team player and people & service oriented
