Responsibilities:

• Interpretation between English and Mandarin as required for Chairman and others
• Translation for all kinds of correspondence / documentation in Chinese (from English or vice versa) to senior executive.
• Assisting the Chairman in business activities and meetings and handling of documents.
• Liaise with overseas entities and high-level officials.
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.
• Based in Hong Kong. Frequent travel is required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Linguistics / Translation is preferable.
• At least 7 years of working experience, preferably in Investment or Property field.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is must.
• Sensitive to number and attend to detail.
• Mature and confident, with good working attitude and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and good problem-solving skills, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work overtime and have flexibility and adaptability at work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
