Main Responsibilities

As HR and Administration Manager, you are responsible for
• In charge of HR and Admin team for both Macau and Hong Kong office
• Provide administration support on daily operation and responsible for all the human resources affairs 
• Manage annual and one-off HR projects (e.g. HRIS implementation, Annual General Meeting and Office relocation) 
• Recommend, implement and review HR best practices, policies and plans 
• Research benchmark on talent management and C&B in Hong Kong and Macau
• Plan and implement organizational development in Hong Kong and Macau 
• Manage and coordinate with Hong Kong and Macau team members in ad-hoc projects 
• Manage department budget and control actual performance 
• Involve in other ad-hoc assignments and projects as required 
• Manage working visa quota and the application process 
• Create company culture and values 
• Set up company manpower strategy, succession plans and budget
• Set up recruitment plan evaluation and recruitment activities
• HR related Work Instruction/Procedure making and updating

Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years overall HR experience in Macau or Hong Kong at least 3 years in managerial position 
• Proven strong knowledge of HK and Macau labour laws especially Macau labour laws 
• Excellent analytical, business writing and presentation skills 
• Familiar with cost control, budgeting and reporting 
• Strong knowledge in HRIS, candidate with HRIS implementation experience is a plus 
• Experience of western company is strongly preferred
