Job Duties:

• Provide full office administrative and secretarial support
• Manage reception counter to answer incoming calls and handle couriers
• Handle incoming and outgoing mails for company and clients
• Assist to perform HR administrative duties
• Prepare documentation
• Responsible for Managing office petty cash and stationeries control 
• Participate in preparation and accounting of cheque payments

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience 
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in word processing, English and Chinese typing
• Proficiency in computer knowledge
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Active, mature, highly-organized, detail-minded, self-motivated, time management and independent
• Hardworking, willing attitude to learn and assume responsibility
• Immediately available is an advantage
