Job Description:

• Provide assistance to Department Head 
• Assist in full spectrum of HR functions, including retail staff attendance and leave management, recruitment, compensation and benefit, etc.
• Assist in general office and shop administration & maintenance
• General clerical and secretarial support
• Support administration works such as handling incoming calls, greeting customers, arranging daily courier delivery, coordinating reservation of conference rooms, handle procurement of stationery and other office facilities etc.

Requirement:

• Form 7 or above
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience, in retail industry is an advantage
• Pleasant and proactive personality, well organized, be able to handle multitasks and work under pressure and meet tight timeline
• Familiar with HKSAR Employment Ordinance
• Self-motivated, detail-minded with excellent interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS office and Chinese word-processing
• Immediate available is an advantage

Salary: 15,000+
