- Provide assistance to Department Head
- Assist in full spectrum of HR functions, including retail staff attendance and leave management, recruitment, compensation and benefit, etc.
- Assist in general office and shop administration & maintenance
- General clerical and secretarial support
- Support administration works such as handling incoming calls, greeting customers, arranging daily courier delivery, coordinating reservation of conference rooms, handle procurement of stationery and other office facilities etc.
Requirement:
- Form 7 or above
- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience, in retail industry is an advantage
- Pleasant and proactive personality, well organized, be able to handle multitasks and work under pressure and meet tight timeline
- Familiar with HKSAR Employment Ordinance
- Self-motivated, detail-minded with excellent interpersonal skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS office and Chinese word-processing
- Immediate available is an advantage
Salary: 15,000+
