Responsibilities

1. Develop  and execute investor relations strategies to enhance company's image within the investment community across Hong Kong and China;
2. Act  as an external communications gateway, build and maintain good  communication with institutional investors, shareholders, potential investors, equity analysts and media;
3. Manage Investor Relations events such as analyst briefings, investment conferences, road shows, site visits, conference calls and meetings;
4. Monitor market news, competitor announcements and analyst's report and prepare research and analysis reports for management review as appropriate;
5. Communicate with business units regularly to keep abreast of corporate developments;
6. Collect and perform analysis of the Group's financial and operating data for communication with investors and analysts;
7. Explore and evaluate new investment opportunities in support of Group's development strategies.

Requirements:

1. Degree holder or above, in Business Administration, Finance, Economics. Relevant professional qualification is preferred;
2. At least 10 years' experience in investor relations, preferably in listed companies;
3. Strong knowledge of Hong Kong and China capital market, and able to deal with investors and analysts tactfully and professionally;
4. Presentable, confident, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills and proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is required;
6. Frequent travel to Mainland China and occasion travel to other regions are required.
