A Senior Consultant are required to work with customers to develop goals and strategies for the design and implementation of advanced, technology driven business solutions. They are required to integrate the business needs and the technology solution, and are expected to perform the effective diagnosis of client issues and manage client relationships at senior levels.

The position holder works with the team to successfully position value-based solutions, and to develop goals and strategies for their successful deployment of the customer’s vision.

Job Responsibilities:

• Takes the lead in gathering and analysing client’s business requirements.
• Develops customer solutions to meet business requirements, also by partnering with 3rd Party alliances (if applicable).
• Ensures software solutions are delivered to customer expectations and requirements by developing project plans, assigning resources, monitoring progress and taking corrective action where necessary.
• Maintains extensive knowledge of solutions, technologies, processes and procedures, and keeps up to date with industry and business sector developments.
• Participate in application development in Data Warehousing environment, including data modelling and ETL implementation
• Provide consulting service and problem solving to customers
• Coaches and mentors others in successful business consulting.

Experience and Knowledge:

• Degree holder or above
• 8+ years proven experience in project delivery and implementation
• Understanding on data requirement for the above areas
• Data Integration and Business Intelligence project experience is essential
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, hardworking and able to work under pressure
• AML solution implementation experience preferred
• Banking and Insurance experience preferred
