Responsibilities:

• Daily administration / processing of mutual fund related activities, sundry and miscellaneous client cash account reconciliation, fund and customer shareholding account reconciliation, and any other matters arising from daily operations and administration of the unit.
• Ensure proper production of high processing accuracy on all operational matters relating to the handling of client / customer instructions.
• Liaison with internal &/or external clients in connection with the execution and administration of customer instructions and ensure high delivery of service standards.
• Review and/or deliver periodic department and/or client MIS reports.
