RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle account opening documents and procedures
• Handle enquiries, emails concerning account information, fund-in/out, trading systems and complaints, etc.
• Provide basic daily supports to various departments, such as dealing, settlement and compliance
• Prepare statistic and analytical reports if necessary
• Communicate and coordinate with counterparts in mainland China to ensure a timely resolution of clients’ enquiries and requests
• Handle ad hoc assignments/duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Form 7 or above. Preferably with 1-year relevant working experience in finance industry
• Holder of SFC Type 1 (Dealing in Securities) licence is a plus
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English. Native speaker in Mandarin is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Clients-oriented with good telephone manner and strong communication skills
• Hardworking, multi-tasking and willing to learn
• Immediate available is preferred
