Our client, a reputable listed bank, is seeking Operational Risk Manager to join their team. Candidate is responsible for:

Responsibilities:

• Perform operational risk control and management
• Identify risk areas and suggest solutions to mitigate potential risks
• Develop and review both policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
• Review operational risk related control measures and key risk indicators
• Conduct internal control review of the operations of business and support functions
• Handle ad-hoc operational control projects as required
  

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years’ banking operations or audit experience with professional qualifications of FRM, CPA or CFA
• Knowledge on regulatory requirements in Operational Risk Management
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
