In order to understand our unique product. You will be provided with on the job training to achieve sufficient knowledge on the latest HYPOXI® equipment at our HYPOXI® Flagship Studio in Central.

Responsibilities:

• One to one customer care
• Operation of the equipments
• Diary management
• Customer Management System administration
• Communication with customers via phone, email etc.
• In cooperation with the Management handling/ development of marketing activities

Requirements:

• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese, mandarin would be an advantage
• Very outgoing and friendly personality
• Must be punctual, well groomed and polite
• Professional self-starter and team player with ability to prioritize
• Able to successfully perform duties under stressful conditions
• Experience in the health/fitness sector would be an advantage but is not essential
• Computer literate and proficient in MAC and MS Office applications
