Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in surveying, architecture, engineering or related disciplines
• Relevant professional qualification an added advantage
• 8 years’ experience in property investment
• Proven English and Chinese proficiency
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in conducting market research and analysis for Hong Kong property market
• Prepare feasibility study reports and progress reports of property projects
