Our client is a leading property developer based in Hong Kong. Apart from local projects she is currently holding several prestigious mixed-use projects in Greater China. To cope with her rapid business expansion, she is seeking high caliber, experienced individuals to join her professional team.

Project Manager

Major Responsibilities:

• Reports to Company Directors on all matters of the development cycle;
• Project planning of large scale architecture and design projects of various kinds of properties;
• Progress monitoring, quality and budgetary control;
• Liaison and collaboration with government authorities, consultants, contractors as well as internal departments;
• Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet development deadlines.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in Architectural Studies;
• Registered Architect and/or other professional qualifications is a plus;
• Minimum 5 years' PRC experience in architecture or property development
• Candidates with working experience in high-end office, commercial, hotel, mixed use, tall towers, residential & master plan are preferred;
• Well-versed with PRC statutory standards and regulations;
• Excellent communication skills in Mandarin, Chinese & English;
• Frequent travel to or residence in PRC is required;
• Candidates with lesser experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager.
