Responsibilities:

• To assist the Project Manager to manage the fitting-out for retail project
• To handle project documentation, drawings, schedules and tendering
• To liaise with internal departments, contractors and vendors to ensure smooth execution of project
• To monitor on-site progress and quality control

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Building Studies, Survey or any related disciplines
• Preferably with minimum 2 years' related experience in retail industry
• Able to work independently to meet tight deadlines
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficiency in MS Office
