Job Description
CLERK OF WORKS - ARCHITECTURAL
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise the builder’s works
- Liaise with contractors and design consultants
- Carrying out work inspection and reporting to ensure quality and progress
- Monitor all environmental, health and safety aspect of the works
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies / Civil / Structural Engineering or related
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in construction field
- Good command of spoken and written Cantonese and English
