Job Description

• To undertake the ongoing maintenance, testing and repair of the schools building services systems and facility equipment ensuring optimal availability of such systems and equipment contributing to the normal operations of the school
• Ensure that all building services systems and facility equipment are maintained in accordance with the manufacturers requirements, the systems operation and maintenance manual (O&M manual) and statutory requirements
• Maintain, test and repair, or arrange for such maintenance, testing and repair, of all building services systems and facility equipment to optimize their performance and serviceable life
• Maintain all necessary records with regard to the building services systems and equipment maintenance, testing and repair
• Train colleagues to assist with building services systems
• Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of a suitable fire drill procedure
• To be responsible for managing installation, maintenance and repair projects for the school

Requirements

• Higher Diploma/ Certificate in either Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services engineering
• Familiar with building service rules and regulations in Hong Kong
• A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant working experience
• Solid knowledge and experience in sophisticated building services systems and equipment is a distinct advantage
• Registered Electrical Worker Grade A
• An ability to communicate clearly in English is essential
