Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and control on the operations of IDD and VOIP services.
• Provide Technical support to internal customers monitoring and control on the operations of service network
• Provide operational support for mission critical production systems
• Supervise the operations of computer data center Applicants will be assigned to different duties according to their capability and preference.
• For both duties, shift duty is required (7x24 in 3 shifts)
