Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and be responsible for the entire costing process of the company business
• Establish benchmark costing models (including raw materials and labour) to facilitate cost negotiations and control product cost
• Validate open costing from our own factories and vendors to increase production efficiency and material utilization
• Periodically conduct post-production cost review, compare the difference between planned costing scheme and realistic costing scheme, and continuously optimize costing model
• Initiate various cost saving projects, and participate in or lead these projects
• Identify best practice of our own factories and the industry to ensure lowest cost production methods are used

Degree holder

• Bachelor’s degree or above in industrial engineering, production engineering, cost accounting or other related discipline
• 10+ years’ experience in garment factory costing (including raw materials and production costs)
• Excellent understanding of production process with knowledge of GSD (general sewing data) and standard minute costing
• Proficiency in MS Office (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with abilities to work with staff in different levels
• Able to work independently, strong analytical and self motivated

Frequently travel to China
