Reporting to senior management, the incumbent will lead the NPI project and as a leader to manage the project milestone, product quality standard and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage NPI of OEM and ODM projects from design stage to mass production stage;
• Lead cross-functional project team to achieve project schedule, milestone, and quality requirement;
• Liaison with customer to resolve all project related matters;
• Formulate project strategy, taking initiative and action plan to enhance efficiency and continuous improvement;
• Ensure project successfully launches within defined timeline as well as fulfilling customer satisfaction;

Requirements:                   

• Bachelor degree, preferably in electrical home appliance industry but not a must;
• Solid experience in mechanical design, sound knowledge on the PCBA and circuitry;
• Hands on experienced in Pro-E/Mold flow software;
• Strong knowledge in product safety regulations / RoHS and REACH;
• Excellent communication, analytical & leadership, and project management skills;
• Proficient in English and Chinese;
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule;
• Possess win/win attitude and always doable working manner.
• Willing work in Shenzhen
