Our Clients are Property Developers, Main Con., Sub Con. & Consultancies with projects in HVAC, Electrical, Fire Services, Plumbing & Drainage, ELV, Energy Management, Control and Building Management Systems for building and infrastructure development. In order to cope with business growth, we're looking for a number of qualified candidates for the positions of Building Services Engineers:

Job Scope:

• Responsible for tendering, project management, coordination and execution of building services contracts
• Provide services to large scale Data Centers, Fire, HVAC & Electrical projects
  

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related disciplines 
• 3 years project experience in P & D, Electrical, HVAC system or building services contracts
• Working knowledge in Green Building Codes
  
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Good interpersonal skills, strong sense of responsibility and independent
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
