Job Description

Responsibilites:

  • Responsible for setting up Central Kitchen and overall food production within the group
  • Maintain high food quality and follow presentation standards set by the company
  • Carry out Cost control planning such as food and ingredients, and ordering & inventory management
  • Research new recipes and ingredients
  • Manage and maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene formulated by the company
  • Train up production team-members to achieve good performance standards
  • Inspect kitchen supplies, equipment and work areas to ensure conformance to establish standards

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years western dining kitchen and banquet supervisory work experience
  • Experience in setting up/ operating Central Kitchen will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of food health, safety and hygiene compliance
  • Good communication, strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with problem solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Previous management on large scale of restaurant with proven track record
  • Hardworking and passion
  • Well-organized, self-motivated and ability to work independently
