Responsibilities :

• To assist the Executive Pastry Chef in all areas of the kitchen operations.
• To adhere to all the standards of pastry & bakery handling, production, preparation, portioning and presentation.
• To ensure and maintain high standards of service, hygiene, health and safety and compliance 
• To follow procedure and ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times 
• Hard working, enthusiastic, organized and reliable with ability to work under pressure

 Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in western pastry/ bakery section
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential 
• A team player with passion and creativity
• Willing to work for long hours and shifts
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
• Station in Shanghai
• Immediate available is highly preferred
