Responsibilities 

• Provide clerical support to Sales Admin team 
• Order processing, samples mailing & filing, etc
• Handle customer enquiries and delivery arrangement
• Coordinate with internal department on logistics and sales related activities

Requirements 

• F5 or above with min. 1 year of clerical experiences
• Hard working and self-motivate
• Willing to work under pressure and independently
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Good command in Computer skills, i.e. MS Word and Excel
