Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide clerical support to Sales Admin team
- Order processing, samples mailing & filing, etc
- Handle customer enquiries and delivery arrangement
- Coordinate with internal department on logistics and sales related activities
Requirements
- F5 or above with min. 1 year of clerical experiences
- Hard working and self-motivate
- Willing to work under pressure and independently
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in both spoken and written English, Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Good command in Computer skills, i.e. MS Word and Excel
