Duties

• Provide end-user support and problem resolution of both hardware and software
• Follow all helpdesk case and perform internal escalation
• Monitor hardware and network equipment performance
• Take appropriate action to handle service stoppage

Requirements

• High Diploma with 2 years relevant experience
• Experience in Windows, Linux, Solaris and Cisco is an advantage
• Knowledge in MS Office, MS Outlook, Blackberry, Weblogic and Oracle
• Possess good sense of responsibilities, problem solving and good inter-personal skills
• 24 hours shift is required
