Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting and resolution on system;
• Server installation and configuration, Networking configuration for project deployment;
• To maintain and monitor Game Server and Game application;
• Maintenance of Cisco network equipment, which includes routers, firewall and LAN switches.

Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines;
• Familiar with PC software & hardware, Office Applications,and Windows OS;
• Good knowledge of Broadband technologies, Internet, TCP/IP, Web, DNS, Email and MRTG;
• Hands-on experience in router (including Cisco), LAN switch and VPN gateway is a MUST;
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Self-motivated, well-organized and good Communication skills are essential.
