Project Assistant (website Content+IT) \ (1 Year Contract)

Duties:

-      Content Preparation –liaise with different users to consolidate the materials for uploading onto the websites

-      Content Vetting –edit and spell check the website contents

-      Content Update –perform update of website contents through Website Content Management System (WCMS), company system

-      Content Assessment –check whether website contents uploaded onto different websites have complied with relevant guidelines

-      Content Rectification of PDF documents to achieve World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guideline (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA standard

-      Assist in providing daily IT support and preparation of respective reports

-      Provide other office support duties

Requirements\Attributes:

 -      Obtain at least a post-secondary qualification, preferably in disciplines related to Information Technology (IT)

-      Have good command in spoken and written English and Chinese

-      Be proficient in computer skills / knowledge (operation in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) and in traditional Chinese typing (20 words / min) and English typing (45 words / min)

-      Possess knowledge in the following IT areas: Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML) \ Web design and HTML editor software such as Adobe Dreamweaver

-      Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

-      At least 12 months of relevant job experience. Previous working experience in updating contents onto websites through WCMS is preferable.
