Our Client is one of the leading skincare and beauty groups in Hong Kong. To cope with their aggressive growth and expansion, they are inviting high caliber individuals to join the fast growth team.

 Responsibilities:

• Following up documents and completing sales transaction for customers
• Performing sales forecasting and following up purchase order
• Administrative support and preparing documents
• Working with external logistics partners for shipping and preparing export documents and custom declaration
• Assisting shops and counters operation occasionally
• Perform general clerical duties and handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

 Requirement:

• F.5 graduated with at least 5 year’s relevant experience
• Presentable and customer service oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized, detailed-oriented and able to handle multi-tasks
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
