Job Description
Responsibilities
- Administrate the company’s network to ensure the availability & stability
- To provide backup support in incident handling, daily monitoring and problem resolution of the network system
- Liaise with telecommunication service providers & internal IT members concerning all aspects of network support
- Documentation of service maintenance contract, PC/network equipment inventory etc is required
- Provide technical support to in-house users
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Computer Studies or IT related disciplines
- 3 years or above experience in networking & helpdesk support
- Hands-on experience on LAN/WAN, Router/Switch, Firewall(Cisco/Juniper) & network management tools.
- Knowledge of SSLVPN, wireless network & inter-networking.
- Possession of certificate such as CCNA will be an advantage but not a must.
- Good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
- Immediately available is preferred
Remuneration will be in commensurate with qualifications and experience.
