Job Description

• Conduct Code of Conduct (CoC) Audits in China and Asian countries
• Write and submit audit reports in timely manner
• Develop reasonable Corrective Actions Plan (CAP) with suppliers after CoC Audit by providing necessary support and guidance
• Monitor CAP implementation by suppliers
• Assist or conduct internal and external CoC trainings
• Conduct ad hoc visits & projects

Requirements

• Degree holder, in Social Science or Accounting preferred
• 3-5 years CoC auditing experience for factories producing diversified merchandises in China and Asian countries
• SA8000 Lead Auditor is an absolute advantage
• Strong knowledge of local labor, health and safety and environmental laws including China and Asian countries as well as CSR standards such as EICC & SA8000
• Problem-solver, able to meet tight deadline and work under high pressure
• High degree of work ethics and integrity
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented & organized
• Independent and responsible as well as ability to work in a team
• Very frequent travel to China and Asian countries
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS office and Chinese Word Processing

Candidates with more experience will be considered as “Senior Officer”.
