Responsibilities:

• Directly report to Managing Director  to roll out the new e-shop implementation processes and best practice.
• Work closely with Client to manage any potential issues that arise.
• Oversee and manage the changes in terms of creation, content, translating and promotions in HK and China Market. 
• Manage the operation of eshop to ensure that the selling process is smooth wiht the best user experience
• Develop, implement and analyze KPIs to measure the success and movement of sales to monitor traffic, unique visitors, baskets and transactions and strategic decision making. 
• Provide analytic reports to support merchandising requirements. 
• Assessing the market trend to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 4 years' or above marketing experience in E-commerce 
• Excellent command in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese 
• Strong experience in managing website development and production / search engine marketing & optimization / ecommerce projects / costs and budgets is a MUST
• Currently builds strong relationships within the business and with external parties. Work closely with business to support company’s wide projects which impact online and digital. 
• Strong leadership and team management skills 
• Experience in fashion retail is a strong advantage.
