Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operation of the quality assurance and quality control teams of the factory in China and Asia
• Maintain a quality management mechanism to review and monitor the performance of the production
• Be proactive in identifying production problem and resolving the problem through internal channel 
• Provide technical support to merchandising team and sample development on quality improvement 
• Liaise with customers for new item set-up, product specifications and complaint resolution

Job Requirements:

• Graduate in clothing/textiles technology or quality management with technical background
• At least 8 years solid experience in garment QA/ QC field, in which 5 years at managerial level of knit product experience in ladies sleepwear is an advantage)
• Frequency travel Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Cambodia, Vietnam… etc. (stay one month or over)
• Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English 
• Good communication skill and report writing
• Able to work under pressure, independent with strong sense of responsibility
