Responsibilities:

• Support the wholesale team in aspects of business development and marketing
• Order processing and compile an organized archive system
• Liaise with contractors/suppliers for SIS projects, creation of brand materials…etc.
• Generate sales reports, inventory report, customer report…etc.
• Compile brand materials, POPs and sales tools
• Organize trade fairs, brand events and related marketing initiatives

Requirements:

• University degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration, with previous experience in a similar position, preferably in luxury goods industry
• Minimum 1 – 2 years working experience in luxury sectors
• Outstanding communications skills, service–orientation, self-motivation and a team player attitude
• Fluent in English, Mandarin & Cantonese 
• Excellent command of MS office applications especially PowerPoint, Excel & Word
• Strong enthusiasm and ability to perform under pressure with a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Unbiased assertiveness with an approachable and solution-oriented attitude
• Diplomatic, detail-oriented, well-organized, problem-solving, analytical thinking, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Excellent project management, business writing, and presentation skills
