JOB DUTIES

• Coordinate the development of prototypes which address function, cost, market appeal and production need
• Manage daily communications with internal sales team & factory
• Participate in price negotiation and cost engineering to meet client’s goal.
• Assist Merchandising Manager for orders and production follow-up

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Previous solid working experience in merchandising in handbag industry
• Understanding of different material and technique in handbag production 
• Diploma in clothing technology and/or manufacturing or university graduation with good PC skills
• Mature, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility.
• Good communication and negotiation skills in English & Mandarin
• Occasional travel to China and Oversea may needed
