Job Specifications

• Statutory duty - Reporting directly to Director, manage independently a portfolio of clients for all corporate secretarial duties and statutory requirements
• Client relationship management – Satisfy all instructions and possible enquiries that being generated directly or indirectly from existing and potential clients
• Technical development – Promote Company’s quality services by all sources
• Master of information – Initiate contacts with bankers, legal firms and other service providers for immediate and further relevance

Requirements

• Degree Holder of related fields
• Member of ICSA
• At least 7 years’ relevant experience in professional firms and 2 years in supervisory role
• Outgoing characters and with excellent interpersonal skills
• Business drive and with strong analytical mind
