Job Description
Our Client is seeking high caliber candidates for the following position in order to cope with their business growth:
Responsibilities:
- Provide corporate secretarial services
- Draft and prepare resolutions and minutes of meetings
- Provide necessary corporate information
- Maintain and safe keep all statutory records
- Prepare Annual, Interim and Quarter Reports, Announcements, Resolutions and Circulars
- Maintain the Records of Company Secretarial and Legal Records
Requirements:
- Degree holder in related discipline with at least 3 years' experience in listed or service company
- Associate/ graduate member of the HKICS
- Strong knowledge in Main Board Listing Rules, reporting requirements and other compliance regulations
- Good communication skills and high proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
- Self-motivated and meticulous with a strong sense of responsibilities
- Strong computer skills such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
