Job Description:

In this role, you will draft, prepare, review and comment on a variety of legal documents as well as provide general legal advice to the Group. You will assist the daily administration of trusts, KYC procedures and any other ad hoc projects. You will liaise with clients and service providers, and co-ordinate and manage relationships with external lawyers. 

You will assist to ensure all business activities are compliant with the local and offshore regulatory guidelines, such as Securities & Futures Ordinance, Companies Ordinance, Cayman Islands laws or British Virgin Islands law.

Key Requirements:  

The successful candidate will possess at least 3 years post-qualification experience. You will have experience with trusts, asset or fund management or general financial institution exposure. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills in liaising and managing relationships with clients. Strong communication skills required, as is the fluency of English. You will be able to work multi-task and work as a team player.
