Responsibilities

• Conduct researches, inspection and prepare property valuation reports / market research and feasibility study reports
• Quality controlling of the report preparation process
• Give guidance to subordinates on daily works
• Participate in project coordination works and client communication

Requirements

• Corporate member of Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (General Practice Division) is preferred
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in property valuations or real estate consultancy works
• Independent, self-motivated, responsible and detailed, having the diversity in observing to both macro and micro environments
• Fluency in English is a must
