Roles and responsibilities

1. Drive new business development (BD) team which include but not limit to:

• Manage team to achieve lead generation goals (e.g., personal networks, through seminars, email marketing, content marketing);
• Develop new / refine sales methodologies, case studies and other related marketing material with the goals of improving lead-to-sales conversion ratio as well as turnaround time on RFP;
• Develop business proposals addressing clients’ specific needs;
• Drive closing of sales at existing and new accounts.

2. Monitor competitors (e.g., marketing activities, products)

3. Share market & clients feedback with other internal teams

Requirements

• Degree and above in Business/Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of sales/business development experience in professional services – where marketing agency, consulting firm, and/or CRM background preferred
• Demonstrated track record in generating business leads independently and sales growth
• Established clients network, esp. in Marketing, CRM and/or IT
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong language and presentation skills in English (written & spoken)  and Cantonese (spoken), and good conversational Mandarin
• Proven writing skills in developing professional services proposals
• Outgoing, energetic and proactive personality
• Leadership skills, recognized among peers as a business development expert
