Purpose:

• Accelerate the market focus and achieve specifications for our key product lines such as Ironmongery, Locks and Cylinders, Hotel Solutions
• Focus on Residential, Commercial and Hotel projects
• Support and strengthen the capabilities of our teams and the entire company
  

Major Tasks & Responsibilities

• Identify new projects and follow thru until successful order entry and implementation
• Develop specifications with architects, designers and developers
• Achieve agreed sales targets with assigned projects and customers
• Build-up and grow the network and relationship with key customers, particularly architects and developers.

Qualification

• At least 3-4 years sales experience in Ironmongery, mechanical or electronic access control, building materials or related product fields
• Strong network with developers and architects
• Knowledge in Ironmongery and/or one of our product categories is an advantage
• Strong proven sales track records with technical projects and solutions
• Outstanding sales attitude
• Sound knowledge of related technology and industry trends.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Good command of Cantonese and English
• Aggressive, self-motivated & able to work independently and under pressure
• Candidates with less experience but outstanding sales skills and personality will be considered for Assistant Sales Manager or Sales executive
