Responsibilities

• Directly report to the Division Director 
• Recruitment of personnel of the call centre
• Monitor, train, oversee and motive staff in call centre
• Set up operational procedures, services standard and training guidelines
• Plan, implement and contribute ideas to improve company’ server and products
• Develop and expand call centre
• Set up IT system, database and operator’s interface
• Design the operation of the call centre

Requirements

• Degree or above, with minimum 5 years experience in call centre
• At least 3 years of supervisory level
• Strong sense of call centre operation
• Strong motivation skills and able to handle system development
• Strong organization and analytical skills
• Familiar in all operation aspects of a call centre
• Strong command of language including Mandarin and English is a MUST
