Job Description
Our client is looking for professionals in Direct sales services field to cope with their business growth:
Responsibilities:
- Via phone call to welcome all customers and establish a good relationship with them
- Handle enquires and complaints from customers
- Provide Banking product information of products and services to customers
- Proactively refer the banking insurance services to potential customers
- Support branch management in delivering a high standard of professional service, including value-added after-sales service, to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Non-degree holder with 2 - 3 years' relevant experience
- Service-oriented and cheerful with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Able to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of banking products and service preferred
- Fluent in Cantonese and English; Putonghua proficiency is an advantage
