Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage customer service case properly and promptly in the operation centre
- Deal with internal and external customer in a professional manner
- Deal with operational planning and cost control
- Coordinate with different branches of other countries to assure proper service delivery
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required
Job Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above
- Good analytical skill
- Experience in call customer service field would be an advantage
- Good command of English, Putonghua & Cantonese
- Familiar with MS OFFICE applications
- Shift duty is required
