Job Description
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Perform duty for 24*7 service helpdesk operation
- Provide day-to-day service support to customers over service hotline
- Knowledge on Internet and Telecom service preferable
- Good customer handling and communication skill
- Round-the-clock roster shift duty is required
Requirements:
- NO SALES is required
- Experience in telecom industry would be an advantage
- Education: Form 6 /Diploma or above
- Good communication skills, telephone manner, and patience
- Good command of Cantonese, English and Putonghua
- Familiar with various MS Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel and etc.)
- 2-year working experience in customer service or help desk in call centre (Applicant with less working experience will be considered as trainee)
