Job Description and Responsibilities: 

• Perform duty for 24*7 service helpdesk operation
• Provide day-to-day service support to customers over service hotline
• Knowledge on Internet and Telecom service preferable
• Good customer handling and communication skill
• Round-the-clock roster shift duty is required

Requirements:

• NO SALES is required
• Experience in telecom industry would be an advantage
• Education: Form 6 /Diploma or above
• Good communication skills, telephone manner, and patience
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Putonghua
• Familiar with various MS Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel and etc.)
• 2-year working experience in customer service or help desk in call centre (Applicant with less working experience will be considered as trainee)
