Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the daily operations of the customer service team including hotline, email and
correspondence services
- Manage and resolve customer complaints independently
- Provide internal stakeholders with monthly statistical reports on action plans, track improvements and
status of achievements
- Review work processes on a regular basis to enhance work efficiency
- Arrange refunds and compensation to customers
Requirements:
- Degree holder with 5 years’ experience in customer service of which 2 years in supervisory level
- Strong ability in client management with excellent complaints handling and communication skills
- Sound supervisory skills with proven problem solving and decision making capabilities
- Customer oriented, enthusiastic, independent with strong initiatives for improvements
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English is a must
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and Mandarin
